The MLK Program has been one of the few constants in my post-secondary education. I may not have been able to say so a few years ago, but my sense of direction, my personal well-being, and my ablility to succeed as I have academically have all been directly related to the fact that I had one place to go to when I needed an answer to anyquestion. If the office itself did not have any tools to help me (although, very often, it did), all of the advisors did know where I could go to get the information that I needed. I cannot see myself being as successful without the aggressive advisors that MLK allowed me.
